Each flashing: pick a type, enter the length of every face (a face = one bend section). "Line breaks" records where a continuous run joins — e.g. "join at 6.0m". Use Sketch for a quick custom profile.
Toggle a section off to skip it in the PDF. The preview below shows exactly what will print.
When autosave is on, every change you make to job details, the roof drawing, scope, materials, and quote fields is saved against the currently-open job. Reopening the job restores everything.
Autosave only fires while a job is open (the chip in the sidebar shows the job number).
Loading your team…
Pick the platform you run jobs in. Use Configure connection to re-test the link or update keys. You can still push to a different system per-quote via the Push to JMS button on the Quote tab.
Who gets copied on the emails the app sends. Separate multiple addresses with a comma (e.g. office@floodroofing.co.nz, aron@floodroofing.co.nz).
Unit prices used to auto-cost the Job Pack tab. The combined total becomes the Materials line on every Quote.
CSV columns: description, unit, price (header row optional). Parsed rows go into Custom price-book items below.
Default hour budgets used by the editable Labour breakdown on the Scope & Pricing tab. The user can still tweak hours per job; this just sets the starting numbers.
Manage the lists that drive the dropdowns on the Order Material tab. Click Save settings at the top of this card to persist changes to your account.
Saved flashing drawings — Job Pack shows the matching ones for the selected roof profile. Each saved flashing is one cross-section sketch you can re-use across jobs.
Fergus categorises every quote line by a Sales Account. Paste the numeric ids of your Material Sales and Labour accounts — find them in Fergus → Settings → Sales Account Codes (click the row; the id is the trailing number in the URL). Material lines (materials, scaffold, selections) use the material account; labour lines use the labour account.
